Made-to-Order and Personalised Products

All Alexandra Fuks corsets and corsages are individually made to order.

Our pieces are produced on the basis of individual customer selections and, where applicable, the body measurements provided by the customer. Bespoke commissions may additionally be individually designed with regard to shape, silhouette, colour, materials and finishing details.

Under Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is governed by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

Where these statutory requirements are met, the respective made-to-order or bespoke product cannot be returned or exchanged on the basis of a statutory right of withdrawal.

Please review your order carefully and ensure that all measurements and personalisation details provided to us are complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Cancellations

Because production is individually planned and carried out for each customer, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been accepted and production has begun.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@alexandra-fuks.de. We will review the request depending on the production status of the individual order.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

The exclusion of the statutory right of withdrawal for qualifying personalised products does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you believe that your item is defective, has been damaged during delivery, or you have received an incorrect product.

Please contact Contact@alexandra-fuks.de and include your order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable statutory rights.

Customer Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate body measurements according to our measurement instructions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, fitting issues resulting solely from materially incorrect measurements supplied by the customer do not constitute a defect in the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the product has not been manufactured according to the measurements or specifications agreed with us.

Refunds

Where a refund is required under applicable law or has otherwise been expressly agreed by us, the refund will generally be made using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
